Rob was always true to his word and I never felt like I had to go and check things along the way in the contract. Rob knew where things were up to at all times and nothing was ever a problem. His friendly and calm disposition always made it a conversation we looked forward to.
Rob has helped us with things that where most likely outside the scope just because he is a good man. Communication from both Rob & Mancorp was impeccable and building this premises remotely as we live in NSW was a breeze. We were kept up to date with photos and regular calls. The worksite was always impeccable also.
Upon the final inspection, I was impressed with the quality workmanship in the finished product and care taken. We have built two other homes in our local town, and the Mancorp builds are far superior.

First and foremost, we would like to acknowledge Rob Mac who was with us from planning
stage to handover. As a true professional, Rob made us feel that we were most valued
clients. He was always available to answer questions or to discuss ideas and changes,
prompt with responding to our calls, clear and concise about the build process and
reasons as to why it was necessary to do some things a certain way.!
As with any build, there were some minor hiccups along the way - Rob quickly addressed
these, negotiating with contractors to ensure the best outcome. Rob has seemingly
unlimited patience, excellent communication skills and unlimited knowledge of Mancorp,
the building process and Pacific Harbour / corporate body requirements. Rob has an
excellent relationship with contractors and suppliers and was able to liaise with them as
necessary.

We cannot thank Rob enough for helping us build a beautiful home - unique to our ideas
and of very high quality, in a gorgeous location.

David Morrison from Morrison Cabinets provided beautiful, quality work in our kitchen,
bathrooms and wardrobe area. David was always approachable, helpful, and willing to
share his expertise and ideas during the decision process and throughout the build.
The carpets and flooring provided by House of Carpets are also beautiful and installed
with great care and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking at floor
coverings - Steve was always happy to discuss our requirements, questions, and changes.

The electrical contractors, CV services group were also professional and helpful. Their
work and care were of very high standard.

I am not sure of the name of the carpenters that worked on our home however we would
like to acknowledge their quality of work.
We would also like to acknowledge the administration staff at Mancorp who updated us
with build details regularly, answered our questions promptly and were accurate and
professional with accounts and payment receipts.

The building frenzy happening in our area has been an education for us in so far as seeing how the other half build houses. We have been stunned at some of the workmanship of the other builders in the area and when we walk around and have a look at the Mancorp houses under construction we are so very happy that we were able to have you build our house. Carmel and I are forever saying to each other how we love our home and we would like to say thank you to you and your Mancorp team for delivering such a quality product. We realize that we have a small home when compared with some of the houses you have built but as the old saying goes bigger is not always better and ours is perfect for us. In the end the decision was an easy one. One of the main reasons we chose Mancorp was we would have one person from start to finish, this was highly important to us as dealing with multiple people can create confusion. Rob earned our greatest respect from the onset, with his patience knowledge and clarity. Nothing was too much trouble as we initiated the lengthy process 4 months before we signed a contract. He followed our thoughts and understood our ideas perfectly and was always a step ahead of us. The colour consultant with her expertise in colour and choices and willingness to walk us through the sea of options was valuable. When it came time for us to think about building… we did not hesitate to discuss the plans for our ‘forever’ home. We had built in Canberra before and the experience was not pleasant as it was more about what could not be done rather than what could be done. Mancorp focused on making sure that everything we had imagined could be done. Our floor plans were transformed into a complete picture of the house we had dreamed of for several years. From our first meeting with Rob to the handover of the keys, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. All the Mancorp staff, subcontractors and tradespeople involved in building our home were focused on one thing – making sure that our home was built to the highest standard they were capable of achieving. The final result exceeded our expectations and everyone who has seen our home can’t believe the standard of finishes Mancorp has achieved. So many people have stopped while driving down our street with the sole purpose of asking us “who built your house?”. Some people have asked to have a look inside and we have welcomed them in to show them Mancorp’s outstanding work. While we consider this our forever home, we won’t say we won’t build again. If we do there is only one builder, we will be going to. Thanks to the entire Mancorp team for our wonderful home, selecting you as our builder was the best decision we ever made.

From the initial consultation process through to the handing over of the keys on completion, we felt informed, guided and involved in every step of the construction. During the next 3 months of planning you always contacted us promptly, gave us good advice and tolerated the many changes that we made along the way with courtesy and humor. It didn’t seem to matter we were far down south as communication between us was professional but easy! You have excellent client negotiation skills and are always prompt at dealing with emails, queries and issues. Although we pestered you heaps you always treated us with respect and friendliness for which we are very grateful. To build a house is usually a big exercise for clients and it can be very frustrating but exciting. It is important that builders understand how clients feel. In our situation we are glad that we were able to work with you. Thanks again for all your help.

You went to a great deal of trouble to make sure that you understood what we wanted and then you and Mr Squiggles translated that into our final design plans. The Mancorp choice of basic components and the attention to detail was excellent. The process that Mancorp has to introduce its clients to the colour consultant, tile supplier, cabinet maker, light supplier and electrician made our journey virtually stress free. The effort put in by Mancorps subcontractors under Kais guidance was impressive and we cannot question the quality or timeliness of their work.
We firmly believe we got great value for money and we are extremely proud of our new home.

We tell them we came to Mancorp as we had seen one of their Mater Prize Homes in the golf course estate and an established home built by Mancorp on Bribie Island and were very impressed with the designs and the finishes of both of these homes. Our build process was extremely smooth and seamless. From the first meeting we were extremely impressed with your knowledge of Bribie island, the prevailing winds, the best positioning and the ease of designing our new home. The plan we started with was brilliant and the final design for us is fabulous. Thankyou for allowing us to change our design and your invaluable advice on what would fit into our environment. Our home stands out amongst our neighbours and is truly bespoke and modern and clearly shows quality finishes and attention to detail. From initial design to final handover – your help was boundless. We were very impressed, as were our neighbours, with the number of tradespeople who worked on our home and the speed with which is came together. Homes by other builders in our estate seemed to sit for weeks without any progress while ours was constantly full steam ahead. We have heard from neighbours who had built with other builders that their air conditioning would not work and another had their hot water system badly connected. It’s good to be able to tell them that we haven’t had any issues with our Mancorp home. We would also like to thank your kitchen designer, electrical contractor and your electronics whiz along with our colour consultant. Daves advice on our kitchen was extremely helpful and it is probably one of the truly great highlights to our home. Daryl was also extremely helpful in designing our lighting plan. We also enjoyed working with Brad to ensure our internet and entertainment systems were installed at the design stage and are now working superbly. Robyns suggestions for our colours of paint, tiling and fittings both inside and out have come together so well, we could not imagine a more perfect finish to our beautiful home. We could go bragging about our new home for many more pages, but I’ll keep these for the neighbourhood parties. We will be enjoying our beautiful new home for many years to come. It is nice to have bragging rights that we have a Mancorp Quality Home.

We did look at other builders before choosing Mancorp – but from my first conversation with Rob Mac the decision to go with Mancorp was a ‘no brainer’. We had an issue with our block, and we thought we would not be totally happy with a house design. We gave Rob a ‘wish list’ of what we would like and the team waved their magic wand and BAM. They incorporated all our wishes first draft – we made very few changes. The whole process from then on was smooth and stress free. We made one trip up to choose finishes etc. A meeting with the cabinet maker, Robyn at Why Not Tiles and the electrician and everything was chosen. Everyone was so helpful. Rob kept us in the loop the entire build with phone calls, emails, texts and photos. Mancorp are a well-oiled machine everyone was a delight to deal with. We are delighted with the finished product. We truly love our HOME and Bribie Island. We wouldn’t hesitate to build with Mancorp again, but that really won’t be necessary. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone though.

We were very nervous not only building again, but also being 900 kilometers away.
You addressed all our issues with honesty and were “upfront” with us from our very first meeting. Once we decided to build with Mancorp the honesty, support around our decision making and quality of workmanship has been outstanding. Not only did you support us with the build, but when we decided to have extra work done e.g. landscaping, pool building etc. you referred us to tradespeople who had the same level of honesty, care and quality of workmanship that Mancorp does. Many times, we remember saying to you, “We can’t believe building can be this easy!”
In short, Rob, both you and Mancorp have been nothing short of wonderful. I can’t recommend you highly enough and thank you for building us a beautiful retirement home.

Emphasis on environmental integrity was a priority of Robs from day one – the result is the home we imagined – but better.
The professionalism and flexibility of the sub-contracted providers (CV Electrics, Why Not Tiles, House of Carpets, Morayfield and Morrissons Cabinets) was appreciated during early planning meetings; this satisfaction extended through the build with a high standard of communication as well as finish. We were ecstatic to be in our new home before Christmas and really appreciated the urgency and planning that went into a completion date only days before the cessation of work for 2017. It meant a lot to us to be in our new home at this special time of year – the importance of this to all clients should never be underestimated. All in all, the building experience with Mancorp Quality Homes was relatively straightforward and enjoyable.
